By downloading or using G-Code Guru ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
G-Code Guru is a CNC programming reference, learning, and code editing tool for iOS. It provides G-Code and M-Code reference material, a code editor with syntax highlighting, speeds and feeds calculators, a tooling library, structured lessons, and a code scanner with on-device analysis.
The information provided by G-Code Guru is for educational and reference purposes only. CNC machining involves potentially dangerous equipment. You are solely responsible for verifying all G-Code programs, speeds, feeds, and calculations before running them on any machine. Always follow your machine manufacturer's guidelines, your employer's safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information, calculation, or code suggestion provided by the App for any specific machine, material, or application.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that calculations will be accurate for your specific setup, or that reference information will match your machine controller's implementation. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawel Dembski (DeepSkyApps) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to:
G-Code Guru offers optional in-app purchases to unlock Pro features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
All content within the App, including text, reference data, lessons, quizzes, and design, is the property of Pawel Dembski (DeepSkyApps) and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are accessing the App from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that apply in your country of residence under mandatory local law.
